RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Please note once a payment has been accepted all sales are final. 

If the customer would like to return an item they can do so for either an exchange or credit on their account valid for 2 months.

Please note that customers MUST email orders@temple-muse.com with the reason for return within 2 business days of receipt of order. TEMPLE MUSE customer service team will then give the customer a Returns Code. Using enclosed returns shipping instructions, customers must then contact Aramex to arrange a pickup. From receipt of returns code, customers in Nigeria have 5 business days to return items to Temple Muse while customers outside of Nigeria have 7 business days to return items to Temple Muse.  

TEMPLE MUSE will give customers a 3 month store credit for all returns less shipping and tax costs incurred. 

Please note that all Items should be returned unused and with all TEMPLE MUSE and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a credit refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

Items that will not be allowed to be returned are listed below:

  • Lingerie & Swimwear

  • F&B

  • Technology

  • Non TEMPLE MUSE products
